Kinframe

Kinframe is an iOS application provided by Alita Software. This privacy policy explains how Kinframe handles information when you use the app to share private photo moments with people you invite.

Core Privacy Model

Your photos are shared through iCloud. Kinframe does not run a photo server. Photos and related shared records are stored using Apple CloudKit and iCloud services, which are operated by Apple.

Information Kinframe Handles

• Photos you choose to share with invited people or private circles.
• Thumbnails generated by the app for feed and widget display.
• Optional captions and emoji reactions.
• Circle names, invite records, and member access information needed for private sharing.
• A local display name that you choose inside the app.

Storage and Sharing

• Shared photos are saved in the sender's iCloud/CloudKit container using Apple CloudKit records and assets.
• Invited people receive access through Apple CloudKit sharing.
• Kinframe does not upload your photos to an Alita Software server, Firebase, AWS, S3, or any custom backend.
• The app may cache thumbnails and recently viewed photos locally on your device for performance, widgets, and offline viewing.
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets use locally cached image data and do not require immediate network access to display the latest cached moment.

Notifications

Kinframe may send notifications when a new moment is available. Notifications are used only to signal that a new moment exists. Images are not sent inside push notifications.

Tracking, Ads, and Analytics

• Kinframe does not include advertising.
• Kinframe does not provide a public feed or discovery feature.
• Kinframe does not use third-party tracking SDKs.
• Kinframe does not sell personal information.

Apple Services

Because Kinframe relies on iCloud, CloudKit, App Store purchases, and Apple push notifications, Apple's privacy terms and service behavior also apply. You can review Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.

In-App Purchases

Kinframe may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases and payment information are handled by Apple through the App Store. Alita Software does not receive or store your full payment card information.

Children's Privacy

Kinframe is intended for private sharing among couples, families, and close friends. The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children outside the private iCloud sharing model controlled by Apple accounts and invited users.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective when published.
