Space Replica is a room-scanning app provided by ALITA SOFTWARE JOIN STOCK COMPANY (Alita Software). This policy describes the information handled by the app.

Your scans stay on your device

Space Replica uses the camera, LiDAR depth data and Apple's ARKit and RoomPlan technologies to capture spaces and create models. Captured photos, depth data, room geometry, dimensions, thumbnails and processing checkpoints are stored and processed locally. The app does not upload your captures to an Alita server or require an app account.

Camera permission is used for scanning. You can manage this permission in iOS Settings. The app does not request contacts or location permission.

Sharing is your choice

When you export or share a model or plan, you choose the destination using the system share sheet. The service or person you choose receives those files. Review the privacy practices of that destination before sharing a scan of a private space.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple processes payments for scan packs and the optional Unlimited subscription. Space Replica uses StoreKit to verify purchase transactions and subscription status. The app stores scan allowances and processed transaction identifiers locally to deliver purchases and prevent duplicate credit delivery. Alita does not receive your payment-card details through the app.

Restore Subscription restores an eligible Apple subscription. Finished consumable scan packs are stored on this device and cannot be restored after deleting the app or transferred to another device.

Analytics and tracking

Space Replica does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Apple may process App Store, payment and diagnostic information under your Apple settings and Apple's own privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Saved captures and outputs remain in the app's local storage until you delete them or remove the app. Processing uses local temporary and checkpoint files to support recovery. Deleting a model does not refund the scan used to save it. Removing the app removes its local data and purchased consumable allowance. Files you previously exported are managed separately at their destination.

Device backups and transfers are controlled by iOS and your Apple settings. Space Replica does not provide its own cloud backup or synchronization service. Export files you want to keep before removing the app.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and use it to respond to your request. Avoid sending private room photos or models unless needed to explain the issue.
