Game data stays on your device

The app stores completed routes, stars, sound and haptic preferences, and the selected board palette locally using iOS storage. It does not require an app account, upload gameplay to an Alita server, or request access to your photos, contacts, microphone, camera, or location.

Optional purchases

Apple processes the optional All Routes purchase. The app uses Apple's StoreKit framework to retrieve localized product details and verify whether your Apple Account owns the purchase. Alita does not receive your payment-card details. Purchase verification and restoration may communicate with Apple. Apple's privacy policy and your Apple settings govern Apple's payment, App Store, and diagnostic information.

No advertising or tracking

Loop & Load contains no advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, user-generated content, or social features. We do not collect personal information through the game. Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store analytics and diagnostics according to your device settings.

Retention, deletion, and backups

Local game data remains until the app is removed or its data is otherwise deleted using iOS. Removing the app may erase route progress and preferences. Your non-consumable purchase can be restored using the same Apple Account; deleting the app does not refund a purchase. Device backups and transfers are controlled by iOS and your Apple settings. The app does not provide a separate cloud backup service.

Children and purchases

The app does not knowingly collect children's personal information. Parents can manage purchases with Apple's Screen Time and Ask to Buy controls. Pending purchases unlock only when Apple confirms approval.

Website and support

This support website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process network and security data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. We add no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies to these support pages. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
